Carbon Fiber "nip, tuck"

The long awaited "ear" reduction surgery for Msfit was a success. A friend living in Japan located these Craftsquare CF mirror for me. They're a work of art

I think they're really cool and they work for you and your car!

I don't know why people have to be so negative. If you can't say something nice...well, you know the rest. If you like 'em, who cares what anyone else thinks!

They fit my Mini's theme perfectly. The nice thing is they are porportionally correct and useful at around 150mm wide and 70mm tall but still cutting drag square inches. And they're pricy enough that you won't be seeing them on too many Minis

The letterings were a PITA to maintain. They keep fading or peeling. If the Kumos's sidewall were smooth, I'd just stencil it on like my old CRX:

MSFITOY,

I think the slim CF side mirrors look great with your MCS. I don't see that much CF in other places, mostly a black and silver theme with splashes of red. Have you thought about a CF bonnet or CF scoop, or maybe CF dash, shift ****, or rear view mirror? Just some ideas. Not all CF but something to complement the side mirrors.

The MINI is all about customizing to your heart's desire. Yours is a race MINI so your mirrors are a good choice and certainly not for everyone ($$$). It's good to be different.

Nice seats! And I like that little red triangle on your front bumper.

Donka I like to have a CF rear underbody diffuser but no one make it yet I do have the CF M7 front splitter.

Car looks great. I definitely prefer those mirrors, they fit your race look perfectly. They actually look more like the mirrors from the classics too:smile:

Keep up the great work

I would check again w/ M7. They have the CF rear diffuser now.

I'm probably going to pick up the front & rear in the next month or two.

your mirrors look awesome. a much cleaner, racier look, in my opinion.

on another note, what's that red you can see in your hoodscoop?

ciao

I like the new mirrors Sid, but I vote to bring back the White letters on the Kumho's, no matter how tough they are to maintain!

Maybe when I go to different tires with smooth sidewalls (R compound...?). Then I'll stencil it on
