Does anyone have the checkered Hamann bonnet stripes on their Mini and pictures of it? I have seen them on the Hamann car but never on stock Mini. Thanks in advance.

 

I have them but haven't put them on the car yet....I guess that's no help to you though.... In fact, I bought both colors - anthracite and silver - so I could decide which I like better when I saw them in person....still can't decide. I hope someone answers you request, then maybe I can make up my mind.

 

Where did you pick up your stripes? The only place I have found them is on ebay.

 

I visited the HAMANN site and found a U.S. distributor, but when I contacted them they said something like "we don't carry any of the HAMANN graphics." So, I went back the the HAMANN site and there's a way to send a question to HAMANN itself. I told them their distributor wouldn't sell them to me and received an apologetic email from Germany the next day offering to sell to me direct.

 

It doesn't look like this post is getting much action. Thanks again for your reply and let me know if you ever decide to install your stripes.
