how to remove rear panel?

Hi guys,

I tried but couldn't find how.
I can't stand rear driver side noise any more and found out it is behind rear panel.(where c pillar meet rear plastic panel and rear window)

I guess I have to remove rear seat as well, right?
How to remove rear seat first?
Do you have DIY with picture?

Thank you.

By the way, mine is 2004 cooper S

Would suggest getting a Bentley manual as it has all you will need to know about working on your Mini. Might also give you an idea what is behind the panel and it might be an easy fix.
