Scoop options

I kinda got the bug to change out my scoop .
I have seen the M7, PU and the Voltage .
Happen to search here on NAM and there was an old short thread about a "notched scoop" this I found on eBay.
Looks "ok" . seems to be modest in size (I don't want a Subi scoop)
but for the life of me cant find a side on photo to help me decide.
at the price looks interesting .

thoughts , feedback, info

Looks a lot like the one I've seen on Outmotoring -- been thinking about getting one, but still haven't decided.

It's not my "cup of tea" but I don't see anything wrong with it... Good price. Just from the pics it looks about the same profile as the factory one so i'm not sure if it would give you any better air flow. That would be my only reason to change mine out. But again that's just me. If you like it go for it it's your car and you can do what you want. Not everyone will like it but others will. So just ignore the negative comments

Like OGF said, the main reason I'd change out my scoop would be for increased air flow. I looked at the M7 Vortex but haven't purchased one yet. The M7 has an extended upper lip and is supposedly a bit bigger than stock so as to increase air flow. I have yet to see anyone post definitive evidence or proof that any aftermarket scoop provides performance gains. If it's out there I'd love to see it & would consider accordingly.

The Chromiumtech scoop OP linked doesn't look like it'd gather much more air, but if you like the look & price, go for it.

Looks good, is there any increase in the size of the opening compared to stock?

The only scoop I would buy looks wise out of the three is the M7. I'm going to hold off on any hood scoop for a while.
