I don't understand your question. The factory bi-xenons are very good. (Even if the are aimed a bit low).

Do you have the bi-xenons?

If you have OEM HIDs (bi-xenon lights) then leave it alone. Messing with the stock 35w system to get a 55w system really won't do much for you. Yes they will be brighter but if you need more light, use your high beams. You will need to remove the stock ballast and replace with the 55w one. Simply changing a bulb will do nothing but possibly change the color. You need a whole kit to put it in.

If you could please also use some sort of sentence structure and full words so we can all communicate more effectively and not guess at what your custom shorthand says it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

All I know is that when I pull up next to a TL or TSX my HID's look yellow in comparison and they have since I bought the car with 24,000 miles on it. Is it because they use a different brand of bulb or 5000k instead of 4300k or whatever MINI uses?

Well If u have 4300k yours should be brighter. Iirc 4250 has the most lumens or brightness.

What is Iirc 4250? Do u know what im saying though. New acura and even gm hid's are a much brighter white on the road compared to mine at least. I can watch when i turn my headlights on they will go from an initial bright white to a warmer more yellowed white after a few seconds.

IIRC = If I Recall Correctly
4250K is very close to 4300K that is often the stock color used in OEM HIDs.

If you have OEM bi-xenons then I wouldn't worry too much, the stock lights are great, the stock halogens are basically crap and a hair brighter than what is required to feel safe. Other auto makers' lights might be a hair brighter, but do not fret and just keep on motoring. if they are truly yellow or don't look right, talk to the dealer...but I will bet they are just fine.
