Our town has one of the largest cruise nights in the midwest. We wanted some way to stand out from the crowd. What do you think? These are all blue but some didn't show up in the pictures. You'll be able to see me from a mile away on the dragon at midnight!
Front shot: You can see the light from the lower grill, windshield washers, driving light rims, and lighted dice.

Rear shot: Here's the lighted tail pipe.

Here is a closeup of the tailpipe.

From the inside: Here's our pedals.

And here's our gear shifter, slightly covered by steering wheel.

And a closeup of the dice.

Anyone else with some effects?

Whoa , that's totally weird!!! If that's what folks do on cruise night then I guess that's really cool. Wouldn't work too well in my neighborhood though. Glad you're having fun w/ your MINI!

Wow, I haven't seen a MINI with lights like that yet. I wanna get a light emitting from the scoop, just gotta save up the money to do so. Cruise-ins are a blast, glad you got a big one to show off your MINI!

Never seen a lit up tailpipe. Kinda cool. Not for me, but it has its place. The lighted hood scoop idea is neat. I'd do it if I could just give it an extremely pale blue glow.

Wow, you're a ricer. My opinion doesn't matter though, as long as you're enjoying spending your money and the results are worth it to you then all is good

Is that what you picture when you think ricer? I guess the people in the MINI club that I belong to are all ricer wanna be's then. To each his own I guess.

Not my style either, but I'm impressed nonetheless! That tailpipe gets freaking HOT, does that attachment stay on these as you drive the car?!

I'd like just the dice in my car, please.

Yes, it is on all the time. The whole tailpipe doesn't get hot, just the center does. So it doesn't cause any problems. I have 2 switches to turn on everything. One for the exterior, and one for the interior. And just in case anyone is wondering, I do not have these on all the time. I only turn these on during special events.

Are you implying that there's something wrong with the plastic gnomes and fawns on my front lawn? IMO they're pretty kool, especially at night with their internal lights flickering!

As long as you don't have one of those fake wishing wells... Or a gazing ball.

I personally wouldn't have one in my front yard. Along the lines of my lights, to each his own. I think one can dress up their yard to make it look nice, as long as it's not overcrowded. The one thing I would never personally own is a pink flamingo.

Nice night pictures, Thanks for posting them. Unique look. How about a light blue tint on your headlights??
It might attract unwanted attention from Police in my area.

But then again we have some home owners that leave their christmas lights up on the outside of their homes all year long. Then they just flick them on around thanksgiving. I haven't ventured inside one of those homes but I might find a fully decorated christmas tree (fake one of course).
I have some weird (lazy?) neighbors. They must work three jobs and have no time for other things.

Now you need to redo the interior OEM lighting. I have a blue LED feston on my dome light and blue LED's for the footwell lights! They're pretty cool. Check out www.powerbulbs.com
I know that the footwells are 194 Wedges, but don't remember the size of the festoons.

Here in Hawaii, the Five-O also uses personal vehicles along with the typical "squad" car. They require to have blue lights on all the time to distinguish being police on duty.
So, it's not unusual to see Five-O cruising in a Camaro, Mustang, Durango, Forerunner, Monte Carlo, etc.
