I still haven't found stoneguards for my driving lights, but I installed Lamin-x film on them. Now I can use my driving lights without getting out of the car and removing the covers.

Sharp looking mod. Are the driving lights noticeably more yellow in hue when on?

Thanks.
When they are on, yes the light is noticeably yellow. I actually kinda like it. Looks like "real" (read traditional) fog lights. Of course, since they only come on with the high-beams, the extra white light makes them less yellow than they might otherwise be.

That yellow driving light film is a perfect match on a yellow MINI. Looks nice!

I have blue films on all the front lights of my IB/W MINI. Fortunately, the color of the beams are not influenced by the blue films.

I wasn't really considering going to yellow on the main lights. I like the look of the regular lights. Actually, when I turn the driving lights on, the light is a pretty close approximation of the colour of daylight.

I got my film from Lamin-X also. They now have a pre-cut film for the factory driving lights. $17.95 plus shipping.
