R53 Aero Kit - Front Bumper Only

Hey Everyone,

I'm browsing around some websites for the R53 Aero Kit and I noticed that the entire kit isn't manufactured as an entire kit anymore. OutMotoring offers each piece of the kit individually primed ready to paint. With this, the kit (without paint) is between $1500 - $1600. I was thinking about just getting the Aero Front Bumper for the MINI and leave the side skirts and back bumper stock. The "issue" here is that I haven't seen (or at least I don't think I have) a pic of MCS with the Aero Front Bumper and stock side skirts and stock back bumper. Does anyone know where I can find some pics of a MINI with the Aero Front Bumper and stock side skirts and stock back bumper? Thoughts on going this route???

Thanks everyone!

Just found the entire Aero Kit on MiniMania for $1695. Still interested in the Aero Front Bumper only look though. Also considering a CF Front Lower Spoiler to use with my stock bumper.

My car has the aero front bumper, the rear GP skirt, and the OE side skirts and all the black trim is painted. I like this better than the aero kit, but it's all subjective.

Wow! Your car is sweet! Very sharp!

I like that look a lot. The back bumper with the OE side skirts is very sharp with the Aero front bumper. I definitely think that looks better than the entire kit.

Thx for the pics!

Thanks, I can't take credit for the assembly piece-together though.

I am the second owner of these pieces, Aaron (Professor) is the one who came up with the parts and the look. I'm glad he came up with it and I had the opportunity to be the beneficiary when he decided he wanted a new look

Is Outmotoring really the cheapest place to get the kit?

from what I've found, yes.
the difference in price between the aero bumper painted and installed and the non-aero bumper painted and installed with all of the separate trim pieces comes out to be ~$80, So if your in an accident, Id say definitely do the upgrade (that's how I did mine)

OutMotoring is the cheapest place I've found so far. Plus, it's nice if you only want the front bumper and not the whole kit.

I have the complete Aero kit for the R50.
I bought the kit in stages, f & r bumpers and then found the side skirts.
I like the entire kit but it is really up to the owner, and their wallets.
I want something different than everybody else.
You can do alot with paint and accessories to make it unique.
