Stealth Hitch + Bike Rack = $97
Anyone on a budget? 
I needed a hitch, but wasn't too happy about cutting a hole in my bumper and keeping a plug in there. I decided to make my own receiver hitch utilizing the existing foglight openings. The best feature of the design is that it's removable and the foglight covers pop back in.
The raw metal cost me $42 shipped and the rack I found for $55 shipped.
