Have to pull the decorative trim off from behind the tach. That just pulls off. And on the pass side open the secret compartment. Pry off the cover in the far left side to expose the torx screws that match on the driver side.
On the middle top of the dash vent pry off the two little covers on the edges to expose the two screws.
You have to also remove the radio/heater control panel. And I think to get to those screws you have to pull the side panels off.
And now I don't quite remember if I had to pull off the lower dash trim or not.
It is quite a process and it took me a couple of hours.
