Water Spots on A Pillars

I've got these obnoxious water spots on my A pillars. Normal cleaning does not remove them.

Do I try to clay the plastic or what?

Have you tried white vinegar? It will disolve mineral deposits without affecting the finish.

Possibly try some of this. I had them on both A and C pillars and the dealer removed them for me, no charge either.

I used rubbing alcohol and water and a green scotch bright took them right off and cleaned it up nice.
