All oem windows have some built in factory tint (not the tint you think where its black and darkens the window, usually comes across more bluish) and ranges between 4-7%.
MA state law says 35% opacity, so I have 40% tint on mine, plus the factory 4-7 puts me around 35%, which will always pass given the +/- variance.

edit, sorry realized i didnt actually answer your question. Specifically, I don't know what % it is to match your front window. Are you replacing it? I'm sure you could order the OEM glass P/N

It is restricted by federal law for automobiles. SUV's, minivans and other stuff in the "light truck" category can have the darker tinting on the windows to the rear of the front seat, but not vehicles in the good old old car category.

I would guess someone here would know. You can try Googling your state's tint laws, otherwise. VA has some pretty strict traffic laws, so I'd be curious to know!
