I can't find the old thread where someone demonstrated how to remove the door panel to once-and-for-all get at the speaker and silence that rattle.

Can anyone provide a how-to for removing the passenger side door panel?

As suggested previously, I'd like to insert some muffling fabric between the speaker edges and the door panel.

In a nutshell:

Pry off the tweeter ring.

Remove the 4 screws holding the door panel on (3 obvious - one hidden behind the round reflector - pop it off with a flatheat screwdriver).

At the bottom of the door, pull/pry the door panel away from the door. It's held with expansion clips that will pop as you go across the bottom and up each side.

Once the bottom and sides are free, lift the door panel from the bottom toward you and it will swing up like it's on a hinge at the bottom of the window. Then lift it off the top.
