Help me pick some stripes!

So long story short, my dad backed into my car. There was some previous small damage so Im just going to get the whole car painted. I want to keep the dark silver and black theme going. Right now there are stripes on it, which I like but I want to get them removed and painted on. Below is a pic of what it looks like now. Does anyone else have any nice stripe ideas? Im looking to see what else is out there as options! Thanks

It looks good like it is but what about making the two wide stripes a solid wide stripe with the break and then the thin border stripes and maybe move the whole pattern in slightly? Be sure and post some pics of the finished product...whatever you decide. Good luck!

I thought about that too, just getting rid of the thin outter stripe and making them wider and closer together. I also thought about maybe doing a single stripe, kinda like and ACR Viper? Heres a pic of what I mean.

That's cool. One of the girls in our local MINI club has a chilli red with black offset stripe painted on hers. It's almost exact opposite color set-up that you're showing. It looks good.

I actually like the "original" color/stripe combination! but here is an idea for stripes (and yes, they are mine!):

I like a thick (8"+) stripe, off-center with a small stripe on the medial side of it. It almost looks like a Euro Stripe. Of course, our MINI is my Wife's, so we did her bonnet stripes the way she likes hers.

Man, the new Vipers are so ugly...I really wish they hadn't messed them up with the redesign.

I like your original theme, maybe since you are painting them on this time painting some silver on the lower from bumper to finish it off like your roof.. That plastic piece is not very expensive..

I think the offset stripes look sharp too
