Not really much of a modification... just a bit of paint and painter's tape. I do like the effect, though. Adds a nice bit of contrast and detail to the scuttles. Some of the edges need to be cleaned up a bit better, but I'll get that taken care of when I have a little more time.

 

Any close up pics can't really see what you did other then it looks chrome?

 

It's a stock black MC scuttle... painted white but with the inset segements still showing the normal black. I want to get them cleaned up before getting any close ups since a few of the edges pulled a little rough when the tape came off. Needed to get them back in, though, before the incoming rain got into the wiring.
