I could be wrong (not quite sure what you're referring to) but I think you're talking about a tow hook.

yup most just purchase an aftermarket one that is more than the simple stock cast one

another good thing to fill your tow hook hole is a No holes license plate bracket, if you are in one of the dumbb states like me haha
