I'm not a fae of blue, but this looks great! Did you take off the round panels off dors to paint them? I want to do something to the door panels, but not sure if it's possible to take the round inserts off. (I took the door panels off before to dynomat the dorrs, but couldn't figure out how to separate the plastic from "vinyl" parts.

that looks great.. just like a pt cruiser heh .did you have to sand down the parts so the paint can adhere? i did something like that to my old car and after awhile the paint started to peel off

I like the blue dash and door- good use of just enough color without overdoing it too much.
The nice door oval trim in Indiblue-
with the contrasting very pale magnesium door panel?

It was only a matter of time. Poor little Nittany is no longer unique.

Looks great!

I'm still curious where to either buy those wood downtubes or find the person who had the patience to make them. I don't think they'd really go with my painted dash, but they are just beautiful. If my dashboard was wood, I'd be first in line for the wood downtubes!

First of all, your racing stripe and roof still make Nittany unique.

Secondly, if you got your downtubes painted to match...

The trim piece is melted on, so you have to take the whole panel with vents and speedo ring. Speedo stays on the dash, but all the surroundings come off as one piece.

I like it. I like it a lot. We have several artists here. Hopefully, we'll see more interior customizing in the future.
