Need Stipes ASAP

My Mini got sandwiched in the middle of a four car pile-up at the end of last week. It's in the shop currently and the insurance company left it up to me to get new stripes to install on the car when the body work is done. I originally got my stripes from Aesthetic Creations but I e-mailed them to find out if they could get me new ones ASAP. I received back an "automated out of office reply" stating they wouldn't even return my e-mail until next week.

Does anyone know of any other vendors out there that can make a set of Viper stripes quickly?

if it were me, I'd let the paint gas off for a month before getting the stripes on..... and dont put any paint sealants/wax on for a while either. I had a car painted about 5 years ago and got a clear bra put on right away. When I took the bra off last year, I got literally a hundred stone chips in 6 months. The paint never had a chance to harden.

Good point about letting the paint "dry"....at the factory it gets baked to force dry it, yet still technically drys additionally after that...

Stripe source....got my viper style stripes from Cooper Flags...used 3M material and work great. Check them out.

Based on the current situation with Aesthetic Creations and the molded part overlays, I'd go to another vendor at the momment. I think they have some serious fence mending to do with all the 'N.A.M.ers' out there to get everyone's confidence back.

just run stripe-less for a bit. I agree let the paint breathe a while.

If it is getting painted anyway, have the stripes painted on.

We do custom stripes and graphics as well. I agree with letting the paint fully set before installing any graphics though.
Good luck!
