You just flash your high beams.

Have one on my motorcycle, works great. I am considering it for my MINI.

Harley sells a version with their name on it - I know a harley owner and a Triumph owner who have installed that version and they both love it! I was gonna do that too but the price puts it on the back burner 'til a few other things get done ...

humm...always wondered about that. wouldn't flashing the hi beams wear them out prematurely?

So I could drive up to your houses, flash my high beams twice and the garage would open? That's weird.

It's only connected to the high-beam wires ... there's a transmitter that has an encripted code that transmits to the opener in the garage; you could attach it to anything but the high-beam switch is already there and close at hand ...
