Interior/Exterior Interior and exterior modifications for Cooper (R50), Cabrio (R52), and Cooper S (R53) MINIs.

Interior/Exterior is this the first issue on the 04 MCS?

it rains pretty hard in Atlanta today. I went into the car and found there are water over the dashboard.

I noticed that the water were came from the gap between the headliner and the rainsensor. the headliner was wet.

I can not stop the leaking so i have to put a dry cloth on the dash board to prevent the water go into the ac vent.

This reminds me the old house we had when i was young.

Pathetic!!!

Sorry to hear that. The only thing I can think of (besides a leak in the roof/winsheild) is that if you have a sunroof, maybe it wasn't all the way closed. I know That I left my sunroof in the "vent" position and my headliner got all wet. Best of luck.

yeah i did the same thing with my IS300...

this is unusual for a brand new car! Take it to the dealer Asap!
