Wonder how shd I take care of the paint? The paint shop guy ask me dont polish and wax, the reason is to avoid uneven shine?
So I really cant polish and wax? How abt clay bar? Any advice?

hahaa. good one.
the plus of having matte paint is that you can just brush/wash it.
not much else to it. since yours is white, i'd invest in good soap.
my 300zx was white, it used to have a section of "matte" style painted along the lower edge. it was terrible to clean because nothing got down into the crevices.
since you have matte white and not black/blue/anything that will hide dirt... i'm not really sure what else to tell you.

I have to agree... gloss (clearcoat) paint is cleanable because the dirt can't stick to the pigment layer and can be washed away. Sounds like your paint is exposed, and the matte effect is coming from millions of tiny crevices, which break the gloss effect - this is likely why your paint guy is telling you not to wax: because the wax will "fill in" that surface effect, smoothing it out and making a gloss layer.
I'd try posting this question in the Detailing forum. It's possible that one of the professionals who post in there knows of a good soap that will massage out the dirt. Heck, you might even want to try Oxy-clean - I know that works great on satin or matte-painted plastic. Either way, every time you wash the car, I'd bet you're washing off some of the pigment when you agitate away the dirt, so I'd invest in a good car cover and use it. even in your garage (if you have one). If your satin/matte effect comes from a clearcoat layer, your color will last longer when you wash - did he apply a matte clearcoat over the white pigment? I really hope so...
Good luck!

Thnks for the info... I have asked wheather my car have any clearcoat on it but the painter told me they applied "oil" to make it "shine"... not really sure what that means (sorry newbie here
)
Anyhow, attached is the photo. Washing and drying is easy but getting rid of the stubborn mark, tar, bug is difficult and i think got some dirt stuck inside the paint, cant get it out with tar remover and car soap

It's different, I agree, but if it's going to be driven out in the real world, it's gonna be tough to keep clean. I still say ask on the Detailing forum. Rat Rods have been flat BLACK or RUST RED for decades... but then again, they're SUPPOSED to look kinda beat up, so I have no idea what their washing regimen is.
Good luck!
