Hey guys Just a quick update.

We are getting through the Flat black kits and kits for painting pretty quickly.

The painted kits are still a little slow going as I have to do them and I only get one day a week to work on those.

The gloss black kits we are working on fixing some clear coat issues and should have that resolved this week.

So stay Patient we are working and fast as we can to get these parts out.

Wait a minute. I specifically asked Mike before I ordered whether the cover for the headlight power sprayer was included with the headlight rings and he said yes. Did you not receive those?

I did not receive the washer covers or the Mini wing covers. We spoke last week so I hope he is working on them now.

 

Sorry about that. I forgot to paint them when I painted the rest of your parts. I'll working on them next week. Been catching up on cut vinyl orders this week.

We did get the new material in today so we can start making the gloss balck door handles again next week.

 

BTW these look great on the MINI. I was concerned with the color match but they look in the picture spot on.

I just saw on your web site that you have suspended orders for body color parts. Do you have a guesstimate when you will start taking orders for body color peices? I was just about to a bunch of stuff!!!

I want to get through the rest of the orders I have first. Right now the cost for the paint and the time that it takes to make them, I'm loosing money so I will need to reevaluate them when I finish with the back orders.

I will certainly post on here when they are back online.

If you want a set right away I can mold the Plastic that I use to paint them with and send them out. then you'll just have to find a Body shop that can paint them for you.

I want to give kudos to www.Outmotoring.com!! I recently ordered a black grill surround for my MCS. It arrived quickly but there was a problem with the order. I e-mailed them to ask about their return policy and they shipped a new part out to me immediately. I received the new part yesterday and installed it.

Thanks for 1) the quick shimpments and 2) the hassle-free replacement part!!

 

I'll probably take you up on that option. As a suggestion, maybe change how you are selling them. Sell them as Flat and Gloss Black and a 'Paint Ready' version so the end user can paint them and eliminate the body color option all together. Some of the other vendors do this [V7 hood scoop for example]. It may decrease you costs and enable you to ship more units, quicker. Just a thought. I'll be contacting you soon regarding the order for the unpainted parts. Thanks!

Still hard at work getting everyones parts out. We got a large shipment in last week so we are sending out quite a few orders this week.

I think I saw a sign with a skull and cross bones that said:

I have had my pieces on for over 2 months now and they are holding up great. I have the gloss black handles and emblems and my car sits in the sun all day. The molds are holding there color and still like brand new factory like quality.

 

So, I was considering placing an order... is the wait still amazingly long?

Well my plan is to order them unfinished and have my local MINI authorized body shop paint them to mtch but aparently they have scampered off to MINI in the Mountains and won't be back for a while.

Hannah, I am still interested in ordering the parts [R56 Gas Cap, Handles, Tailight rings] and having them painted on my end but I would like to know what the price would be. PM or post it here. I think there are others who would opt for the unpainted version if it would speed up delivery and/or lower the price.
