It's a shame how long it's taking but I guess thats the price for a simple solution for handles and other blacked out parts.

You have to remember that he is only a two person shop, which he has right on his web site. I have had a long wait for some things I ordered in the past, but his work is well worth it.

I'm sure his work is awesome I'm not questioning that just yet. I'm more concerned about custom support or lack of it. If it's going to take over a month to send out items a simple e-mail would be nice explaining the solution. Leaving paying customer out of the loop is kind of bad business. I understand that it's a two man shop and thats great just need some more communication.

I understand your concern and you want the items you ordered, but think about it. If he spent all his time answering e-mail then he wouldn't be working. Trust me, he will not stiff ya and you will be pleased with the product. Well worth the wait.

You really won't be sorry. I have an appointment tomorrow to have the roof graphic put on that Mike made for me. It was a long time coming, but I could not be more pleased with it.

Hey this is Mike from AC. I'm taking time out of my crazy busy day to respond to this. First off if you have been on our website then you would have read on the front page that we were on a much needed vacation for almost 2 weeks. That's 2 weeks that nothing gets done.

If you go to our FAQ page you will also see that no matter what product we make turn around time is 4 to 6 weeks Minimum. If we have the item ins stock then it will go out right away. The molded parts are a new product and were not in stock. On top of that we have had an overwhelming response to these. We have over 120 orders just in the last month and most of these orders where placed while we were in Hawaii. I make these parts my self and no one helps me right now.

So I will be making these parts as quick as I can but I'm also getting ready for AMVIV and need to bring some with me to show off.

Please be patient. You will get your parts and you will be extremely happy with them.

Thanks for the update Mike I'm waiting for a full blackout kit myself. I order mine in January But I know how AC works and The results are well worth the wait.

On a side note. AC is the only company on the whole world making these parts and they are in high demand. You can always volunteer your time at the AC HQ to help get stuff made fast. Sign me up!! I will be the first AC minion in training

thanks for the replay mike it means alot to me and im sure the other poeple waiting for there items. Trust me I will be waiting for these products becuase there simply no other product that compete's with your molds. Its just tuff when I buy something I want it that day and with your custom products thats just no possiable. Hopefully you guys can get these things out the door quickly becuase I know im already going to be a returning customer. Im sorry if I came off the wrong way about shipping delays its just the price we need to pay for a hot limited product.

I order same time as you Bor and the wait is killing me. But I think it's going to be worth it seeing how easy the door handles are going to install. Rather than have some over priced body shop or mechanic install real blacked out handles. I might think twice ordering other items from AC seeing how it takes so long but the other items such as HL & TL rings are easier to install and could go with another company.
