I traded emails with Hanna last week - they had just gotten material to make another batch.

Finished the headlights. Minspeed sent Lightening Blue instead of Laser blue. Says Laser blue on the can but it wasn't. Pick up something close from the hobbie store but may redo it at a later date, like when I get some clear turn signal lens. Was a little scary opening up the headlights, next time will be easyier.

I see that there is indeed a full package deal on the A.C. site. One question, how do you get the grill surround? It doesn't look like it's included.

Give Mike a call at AC, he was working on a grill trim solution.

I got mine at Out Motoring.

I do have comfort access. It doesnt look hard at all but I will definitely let you know!

I also went for the stealth keyhole... I much prefer the symetrical look of having no key hole on the driver side door... who actually uses the key anyway??

I'd like to read about your overall experience with installing the parts (ease of install etc.). Pictures would also be great

Thanks!!

I ordered the same as you, I think.
Did you call your order in or did you do it over the web?
I order mine over the web but after I hit send I realized that there was no option for comfort access and I only specified two passenger in the notes. I tried to call them this morning to clearify but I guess they are on vacation for the next couple of weeks. So I guess it will be a while before we see them anyway. I just hope that I catch them before they send out the wrong thing.

That is what the message said when I tried to call. They will be gone from the 2nd to the 15th or 18th.

These molds are going to make a lot of vendors upset seeing how easy they are to install and there is no core charges and the price seems to be pretty competitive.

Who else sells molded black-out pieces for the MINI? No one that I'm aware of.
