A few new additions!!

Its been a while, bit I finally got around to installing some of the things Ive had laying around.
I installed the lightbar, the intercooler, the voltage racing product's black out surround for the foglights...the MINI eyes, carbon fiber scoop, I installed the GOminiGO double badge holder by the license plate (the one with two badge holders on the same side)....black side marker lenses, New windshield wipers (joking...well not really) and i think thats about it...

tada!

wait... I guess I'll do a Before pictures... I think thats the cool thing to do these days...

Present...

disclaimer: I KNOW THE PICTURES ARE BLURRY....and I apologize

wow its a totally different car. hard to say on the stripes...they look good but its hard to say if it'd look better w/o. You could always lose em for a while and get new ones if you miss them

NIIIIIIIIIIIIIICE !!

Welcome to the Checkered Roof Club !

And no, don't remove the stripes. The black with white pins really pop along with the black and white roof/mirrors.

ah yeah... now that you mention it, I believe I do remember your thread about your roof. I mean... how many crazy maniacs are out there who would do their own roof with all those 6 inch pieces of vinyl ??

Still looks good. You must have done a nice job.

I go through the whole stripes, no stripes, question each spring. Some days I want to start pulling them off and then I don't. And mine are rather beat up so new would be better. I was eyeing some nice checker stripes I saw on someone's MINI here at NAM. Decisions, decisions. I really think the white pinstripe on the black bonnet stripes ties in nicely with the black and white checkered mirrors I put on this past summer.

As for the roof, I don't think I'm up for individual square installations. Think those would cover up hail dings?

Curious about the Voltage blackout surrounds. Did they just come as a piece of vinyl that had to be heated and smoothed down?

Cool, thanks.
Do they wrap all the way to the inside of the light hole, or do they stop at the outer edge? Sorry for the highjack.
Looks great by the way Malcon.

thanks man!
Well they come with no hole cut out. then you just cut a circle out of the middle where the fog light is, leaving enough to wrap inside the fog light. All you need is a blowdryer or a heat gun. It took me about 10 min to install . Super easy, Just take your time. Makes a hell of a difference if you ask me. The bumper should have came this way.

Cool, I made my own the other day and was just wondering if these went on any different. I did mine the exact same way, but now they are pulling away inside the hole and need to be re-done.
