I have an 06 MCS JCW, with the reverse light closer to the hatch.... I am looking for some clear tail lights, I can find the other ones...but those are in a straight line.... Does anyone know where I can find these?

if you are looking for the clear tail lights you'll only find them for the 02-04's..
you can tho get them..but they have to come with bulbs and then you gotta buy a reverse light that should go where your rear fog light is..(if you have one) and then rewire a bit to get it working..and that is pretty much the only way to get the clear tail lights..unless you want the LED ones..which are really expensive..and i personally dont like the look of em..but they sure do light up bright!

if you search around you might see some threads/posts about changing tail lights from the 05-06's to the older ones..good luck!

nope..i was thinking about it..but i actually vinyled mine red..only downside is that when i reverse its pink..but i can live with it..maybe if i could get a set for cheap i'd think about doing it myself..
maybe some other people could chime in tho..for the ones that did the conversion..

Yeah im looking to get a new MINI and wanting a Pepper White MC, and trying to decide between the white/clear or the black/smoked ones. Im definitely getting another set of the LEDs for my next MINI, it was my favorite mod.

 

Those particular LED's are the sweetest by far but I just can't bite the bullet on thr $350 for lights. Maybe if I get drunk this weekend I'll click by it. Oh does anyone know if they are a pain in the *** to install?

 

Get those LED's then black it out!

What $350 price tag? There £131 (or £135 with the silverstar bulbs) which is $208 ($214 with silver bulbs) with shipping (heavy parcel £27 which is $42) its at £162 which is $257. Thats only £3 more than the standard Euro taillights with clear turn signals that are NOT LED. And £30 more than the standard Euro taillights with orange signals. Actually i sold my LED taillights for like $250 when i sold my car 10 months ago. I have heard alot of people complain that there $300 or more but there cheaper than that.
