Just curious, where would you even find polyurethane sheets? I thought about doing that, but i also figured that you would have to have a special tool to cut them out. If i couldnt do that, then i was considering getting the universal ones on rally armor site

Loved the urethane RallyArmors that I had one my WRX Wagon and Forester. Can't say that I really liked the basic RallyArmors though because they bend and curl over time. Of course they are less than half the price of the urethanes...

What mounting hardware did you use? Seems like if i were to drill into the plastic, i wouldnt have anything for the screw to grab on to either..
