you're right Glen, the glitter in my paint does hide the orange-peel...
Don't nearly all mass produced [ie, NOT hand built, hand painted] cars fall victim to orange peel...

seems that alot of the newer cars now-a-days have more orange peel than older cars. my 97 explorer doesnt have hardely any orange peel! my moms 08 lexus does though.

i still can't believe you're worried about the exterior paint on your mini when you still have an unfinished speaker box inside...

its getting covered soon with vinyl since my carpet is finally installed.
once all interior work is done, its getting painted, lowered, and then im done.

at this point im either gonna try out those Vmaxx coilovers (maybe someone else will try them before i do) or the older megans if i can find them.
maybe bag it.

nice. i'd wait for fully adjustable coilovers.
the only reason i bought my Hotchkis springs were because they were $50 from a friend and i needed to get rid of that disturbing wheel gap
