Made a roll cage

I made a cage last weekend. Its pretty much the same as the Autopower cage. I plan on coming forward with the cage more, but for now it works

That looks really nice. You guys never cease to amaze me with what you make on your own. Did you do the welding on it yourself?

Just like on Muscle Car or Trucks....Awesome job!

I've been wanting to get a bender just for things like that. Build an exo-skeleton for my truck, roll cage for the mini

I made a frame for a table welded it together then polished it off. Would like to make a round table sometime too and the bender would be good for making the round hoop.

I'm not quite that good at welding though!

Nice trucks. Looks like you and you dad follow the same trends in cars. My dad and I both drive MINI's also. It's nice having them around for opinions and such.
Keep up the great work!

We use a MIG welder for all roll bars and cages.
and will only use DOM tube.

If you are going to make anything ... I have found that the right tools and materials ALWAYS help in a better finished product.

Gotta brag a bit here CRRIKEY (my son) ... can make just about anything he puts his mind to.

That welder I got him as a grad present is the best present I ever got ...

Awesome cage!
Where were you when I needed bumpers for my Bronco? Lifted, geared, detroits front and back.. Made my own 1/2 doors..
Finally sold it because of it's HUGE gas consumption. Would love to get into a Toyota in the future for a more long distance camping truck.

You going to make cages for any other Mini's? I would be interested in one!
