Good morning all,just installed bumper plugs and i must say without the
licence plate there it make a hell of difference with the looks of the front
end I know somebody will say is it legal,well here on the left coast
no and when the time comes when i get my fix it ticket i'll just
order a licence mount kit from MossMini the bumper plugs where
24.95 from Bumperplugs.com a worthwhile low buck mod

Good luck man! I hope it lasts! I went 3 years without a front plate, but once I moved to LA county, I got popped within 3 months. :(

I think certain cities are harsher than others. I hate having a front plate.

 

ahhhh, obviously not a member of the Home Depot moding squad.

I bought nylon plugs (less than 25 cents) and, with some touch up paint I already had, made my own:

 

I got some bumper plugs. They have a plastic washer for the original screw and a black cap to cover it all. A bit beefier than the plugs listed above (which I considered) but I opted for these.
