Does your MINI have a nickname? If so....make a logo to go with the nickname and insert that into the line like we did with the Killerbee logo. The S near the front has too much competition with the S in the side vent so I also think it should be toward the rear.
The white stripe really ties in with the white roof to give a more balanced and more sporty look.

I think #1 is cooler.

Could something like that be made but instead of "S" it said "MINI" or "COOPER", I dont have an S but I like the look of the side stripe.

If these are the choices, I vote for the simple S!

If you need side stripes, number one. My personal preference is none.

Seems like there's no shortage of opinions, so here's mine. Your own design side stripe definately gives you a one-of-a-kind car, at least for a while. When I designed mine, I listened to the graphics guy, as far as placement. After all, he is the artist. I intended to place it low as well, but there is an imaginary line that runs from the top of the front bumper to the top of the rear bumper. After seeing it on his computer, I was sold. The important part is, just go for it. That's what MINI's are all about. Good luck, and show us the results,

I personally think the whole look of a the sidestripes is too PEP-BOYS. It cheapens the car period. But, if that's your thing then to each their own.

Skrutzen,
I notice in your sig. that you have bonnet stripes and driving lights. As far as side stripes looking "Pep Boys", the same could be said for your "stock" mods. The MINI is a cult car, always has been. It begs to be personalized. After going to many MINI gatherings, one of the things I like best is seeing what others do to make their cars unique. If we all drove bone stock MINI's, those gatherings wouldn't be nearly as much fun for me. Your choices make for a very beautiful car, but it looks just like the other guys car who made the same choices. When we show up at a meet together, you'll know which car is mine. I'll have to guess which BRG, bonnets, and driving lights is yours. I think after you own it for a while, you'll want to do something to make it "yours".I hope it's as tasteful as Orbhot's 2 choices. No offense taken and none given.

The S stripe no doubt, the lettering looks to much like something on a Detroit car - no offence.
