Out Motoring Race Pedal Covers

Hello all.

I thought I'd contribute a little around here instead of just arguing airflow concepts over in the Intercooler thread.

I recently purchased and installed a set of Out Motoring Race Pedal Covers and did a complete product review and how-to on my personal blog. (NO I'm not a vendor.) http://www.russellcory.com/blog/?page_id=19

Feel free to check it out and let me know where I can improve. I'm going to contiue writing about my project car as I go along and I want to make sure it's actually helpful for everyone.

THANKS!

looks like that gas petal would be a little better then stock for heel/toeing. I might look into those.

It's so much better you can almost do it without thinking.

I looked at these while I was at Outmotoring a couple of weeks ago. I agree that the design and workmanship is excellent. You've convinced me that I need a set.

Go for it! I'm still looking for something bad to say about them but I can't find anything.

You would think it's a problem but it's not. I noticed it was a lot easier to roll on an off the throttle once the smooth pedal was installed.

Normally I'd agree with you on the tastiness of CF. But the extra expense for pedals just doesn't sit right with me. Plus the car I drove with CF pedals wasn't that great. They didn't have the shoe bite of the metal pedals.

Just my opinion…

^ That would probably be true...even though I am quite fond of CF, it probably would not be the best for pedals.

I don't know, you can check with Aaron at OutMotoring. He's a nice guy.

Or could get the silver ones anodized black at your local plating shop.
