Anyone know how to remove the dash trim to mount a KUDA GPS mount on a 2007 R56? Someone explained how to remove the driver-side trim, how about the passenger side with the secret compartment door? How do you remove the plastic trim so you can get to the screws that hold the speedometer cover on? The Kuda mount seems like a great product but the directions are worthless.

There was a great post on this before but that person did not have the secret compartment.

If you are talking about the colored trim. There are screws inside the glove box opening and thenyou pull very carefully to release the clips. There is also a lip that slips in under the dash pad. This is for a 2006 and down MINI.

 

I have a 2007 with the secret compartment door.
