i was wondering if anyone has moved the battery from under the bonnet to the boot or any where's else in the mini cooper... has it been done? if so, if not; can anyone help me out? thanks...

You did not say but I will assume that you have a MC as the battery of the MCS is already in the boot. That said you can't put the MC battery there because the exhaust fouls the location of the battery box [that is why the MCS has such funky exhaust routeing].
Given enough time, inclination and skill anything is possible, GO FOR IT

this was early planning... because i want to turbocharge my mini... moving the battery would freeup alot of room for a very compact but reliable water to air intercooler... thanks for the input...
