New Stripes

This was the first time I have ever done vinyl and I did it last night until 10. Took me about 2 hours. From mighty stripes. Only had a couple bubble this morning.

Very nice! For that width of sport stripe, I think the detail slit stripes are mucho necessary and mucho cool! Hope it was a fun and satisfying 2 hours!

Did you have to do any cutting, adjusting. The measurements look right on. If/when I get mine I will be running them over the sunroof. Of course, Mighty said there is no problem doing that. Do you (or anyone) see where there might be?

damn wrong foum...lol sorry guys i meant ot do 2nd gen but was in a hurry this morning. it was a pain to get the edges underneath the little bit of rubber under the window and hood. I had to cut them a bit. I used an exacto knife and I trimmed around some the fasteners behind the license holder. i used the wet method and it was real easy to move around.

One thing I never understood about the "wet method" (and I have not tried EITHER method) was how you get it to STAY once you have it where you want it. What was your experience?

once you get it where you want it, you start tp squeie it out ad the parts you press stay. I didnt get it either, but once you try it makes sense.if it is your first time do the wet methed. once you start you will understand. if you have any other ? call me. it would be much easier to explain on the phone 407-694-9173
