Does anyone know what colour primer the factory uses under the "Cool Blue" basecoat? I'm ordering some new wheel arches, spoilers, and door sills to paint body-colour, but since Cool Blue is a metallic/pearlescent, I'm fairly certain the colour of the primer is going to affect the final colour of the painted parts.

If all else fails, I'll go with a light grey primer and see how it turns out, but thought I'd ask first.

 

I am not sure of the actual color, but if all else fails wouldn't it be better to use a light blue tinted primer to help out the blue paint? Just a thought though.
