Do you have a video, my guess is that its the bulb check in the LKM that is normal. When you put in leds in a non led set up that can do that on start up for the first time. Then it stops.

Yep, you are getting the bulb check. All LEDs do that when you switch from non LED bulbs on Gen 2 MINIs. Just on start up for the first time. They system is checking for bulb outs.

Nope, mine does it on my R58 on the front marker leds i swapped out. Its normal.
