What is GoMINI? I know I've heard about it, but have not seen it.

Now, for the wisea$$ comments. Is that what you say when you get tired of British build quality and reliability? Or is it what you hope and pray for everytime you turn the key? Just kidding! I am entitled to that after surviving 3 MINIs, an MGB and a Lotus.

The June/July 2004 issue I picked up had two Go MINI stickers in it too.

Thanks

Been looking for it locally for 6 months at Borders and Barnes & Noble but never found it in stock. Thanks.

About how much was it? Online it is 5.5 UK pounds delivered and 35 pounds for a year subscription delivered.
How many were left after you purchased it?

June/July 04 issue cover

DaKineMINI told me he paid $10 for his copy of GoMINI. Perhaps you can call Borders and ask them to call you when they arrive, or even hold a copy for you.

Aug/Sept Issue

Picked up the Aug/Sept issue of GoMINI at Waikele Borders today - they FINALLY got it in. They also had a Brit magazine called New MINI (Issue 1 : Summer) but it wasn't as good as GoMINI.

Yeah, I bought the New MINI magazine. I've scanned through it ... it's mostly about very expensive and extensive mods. Kind of like Vogue or InStyle, maybe (which I don't read, by the way).

I haven't seen Go MINI yet, hopefully I can snag a copy soon.

we subscribe to "mini world" and "mini magazine" -- they're mostly about classics but usually have a small section devoted to the MINI.

Aloha everyone who's interested in the Gomini mag. My nephew is the assistance manager at Barns and Nobles and i visit there 2 to 3 times a week to relax and read. May be i can ask him to set aside x amount of issues for us for those who are interested. Have a nice day.

A heads-up on GoMINI arrival or reserved copy would be appreciated. I'd be willing to pre-pay too.

I've been by Barnes so many times snooping the auto mags they probably think I'm homeless!

My usual circuit is to Barnes first then off to MINI collectable shopping at Kay Bee, Radio Shack, and then Longs. Thinker Toy's had a nice yellow MINI 1/43 scale friction motor model about two weeks ago.

Aloha!

My girl friend is REALLY getting perterbed with all the MINI mini collectables popping up in the house!

I've gotten to the point of re-directing my ebay sales to my office!

I'd love to get ahold of one of those MINI Ad Wall signs at Kahala Mall or the parking structure at Ward Center!

Aloha!

I've got it all figured out:
  • Flat bed truck
  • Get away driver
  • Two assistants
  • UH Cheerleaders (strictly for a distraction)
  • Compressor
  • Hydraulic Jack Hammer
  • Diesel front end loader
  • Fork lift
I'm off to Hawaiian Rent-Alls tommorow !

Aloha!

GRSmotorsport -

Aloha Graham from a former British Colony! Thanks for the heads-up on Go MINI, that is a very well laid out quality publication.

Monthly will be GREAT. Still hoping we can get a US magazie of similar content.

You folks in Britain have execllent access to some great MINI parts .

I'm planning on buring some airmiles in '07 and head up to visit the Oxford Plant and John Cooper Works and then motor of to Scotland to root out relatives in Glasgow.

By the way, nice web site and a good looking intercooler!

Aloha!
