More and more Minis on Guam... None of them seem to be on NAM or very sociable though. There's a couple R56's now, as well as a new Chili Red with white stripes that does wave.

3 Minis now sitting on the used car lot at the Chrysler dealership, as well as 3 more on display at Prestige Motors' south lot on Marine Corps Drive.

An AutoX session just passed last month and a Car Show is being held at the Yigo Motorsports Park August 1st. PM me for details.

 

Hafa Wagnbat, I found and joined the NAM tonight after doing a search on-line. My wife and I got our 2009 Mini Cooper S (R56), from Great Britain this weekend at Prestige Automobile. We ordered the car last April after seeing several at the local dealership, but none was exactly what we wanted, so we made a special order. Our mini is mellow yellow with lots of chrome. Only one on Guam like it. It would be nice if a local mini cooper club could be started on Guam, to cruise around the island.

 

There isn't yet, but if we get enough people together we can start doing events. Currently the only car-things going on are Friday Nights at The Track, and a Moonsoon Race Series for Auto-X. More info for both can be found on http://DragGuam.com

 

That chilli red with white stripes (R56) would be on of my friends father-in-law, he is keen on starting a club. Jut need him to post in forums. he bought mini in April'09.
