Love the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S 3's

Agree with G_Rock. My GP is still on the factory height settings and I have no rubbing issues, during driving, or tight cornering. The ride comfort is much improved over the Kumho's and tho still in their break-in period, they feel just as sticky as the Kumho's. It's also reassuring having all the traction I need in the wet, with lots of traction to spare!

[QUOTE=brt356;3789089]Hi StuRat: I'm also still waiting for the trim GP badge. It was supposed to be shipped last week but dealership has still not been invoiced for the part, which means Mini/BMW has not released the part yet. There's also no definite availability date at this point...[/QUOT

GP getting a little more personalized....Carbon Fiber Dash with added secret compartment, CF shifter, CF eBrake handle, CF door pulls, and steering wheel inserts....

GP badge was PS'd in till the other one gets here... lol....

OMG, I want to do the same thing too. But I probably wouldn't wanna do the carbon fiber dash though.

For the shift **** and hand brake lever, you got the leather version to match the stock boots, right?

It was a toss up, I had the leather/carbon shifter and eBrake on my old FJCW so I went with the Alcantara/carbon this time to match the seats... I love the feel of it. I have the Alcantara JCW steeringwheel on my 06 GP and just love it too. It has the Alcantara/carbon shifter as well...

Plus the Alcantara eBrake and shift boots don't come with the red stitching...:-(

Yea,

Its for the R53 GP 1 or the original GP. Part # 82110421606

Car Cover Black / Red : MINI GP - Outdoor

http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/SiteSearch/82110421606/

The rear wing should fit. Though the R53 car covers on R56 fit somewhat, the front and rear bumper are tighter on the cover and pull up a bit.

People reported the indoor GP1 car cover fits the GP2 : Part # 82110421540

Car Cover Black / Red : MINI GP - Indoor

http://www.ecstuning.com/Search/SiteSearch/82110421540/

Thanks

Yes it fits perfectly, the 1M sitting beside it has a cover made of the same material with M logos on it, from BMW.

Your garage is awesome, had to show it. And it shows the indoor cover fits

The material for the interior cover is stretchy, outdoor covers tend to be a little more robust and nylon canvas material.

If one wants to have the same look on his bonnet, can those grills be cut or does one have to get a new bonnet? I think there is a carbon fibre version of the bonnet with grills n stuff, is that true?

Just a heads up we just got these back in stock and the way things are going nla from MINI on old JCW and Newer JCW covers (the R58/R59 one just went nla and i missed it for my R58 JCW :( ) I would jump on these.

Does the cover accommodate the JCW R56 rear wing?
Photos on a car?

I have seen it on the GP1 and lots of room for the R56 and R53 for the GP style wings.

My guess is with the JCW wing the cover might set up a little in the back.

Did a Vin search and couldn't determine if n18b16a or n18b16c.

Cheers!
