NewOwner GP1478/Nov.GP magazine Articles!

[FONT=Comic Sans MS][SIZE=2]Hello Everyone,

This is my first post and I'm happy to be here! I'm thrilled to be the new owner of GP1478. I can't believe how incredible the performance is and it's so much fun. Glad to have found this great group of enthusiasts. I look forward to learning and sharing with all of you in the MINI community.

If you didn't already know, there's a GP review in the November issue of BMW CAR magazine, which just hit the news stands. Though they didn't agree with Mini's choice of aggressive styling for the GP, there's no doubt they were impressed by this extraordinary car's exciting performance. Great photos of the last one made, GP2000.

The November BMWCCA magazine "ROUNDEL" gave the GP a glowing review comparing it to the likes of the legendary E30 M3, saying "The JCW GP sets belting dynamic standards." Both these magazine issues are something that I think all fellow Mini enthusiasts and GP owner's will probably want to add to their collection.

There was also a short article in BIMMER magazine, NOV. issue No.62.
Does anyone know if there were any other GP reviews with photos from other magazine publications in the past few months, worth looking for? Enjoy!

Carey

Has anyone else noticed that all the reviews were positive - I haven't really read one bad word on these cars - and now that I own one I'm totally stoked - if I was going to review the GP I could do it with two words.

Freakin' Awesome! (how cheesy am I?)

Regarding the GP articles: the Nov. BMW CAR is available at Barnes and Noble. You can get a copy of the BMWCCA magazine, Nov. issue by calling the club office at 864 250-0022. $4.00 each including postage.
