There were two sitting in the MINI Center SA lot last week when I went by. The rear interior with the red sides and the bar across looks pretty cool. The front seats weren't very appealing. They looked like white/black cloth and probably pretty easy to get dirty. It was neat to see in person though.
interesting, I have to go by there soon as it is. hey, do yall still do the sunday night thing at starbucks?
We do. We went to Da Vinci Gelato a couple times though for a change. You'll have to check the forum at www.eurosportunderground.com to see where it'll be at or I can post it over on Lonestar MINI Club.
The rear wing and the front bumper on the GP are interesting to check out too.
... someday ... someday my wife and I will move to the San Antonio / Austin area ... in the meantime, yes, there are several GP's here in North Texas ...
I am going to be at the dealer in San Antonio on Monday morning. Anyone else going to be up there?
Maybe there will be some GPs for me to look at .
Yes, I will be there Monday at 11AM for Inspection 1. There were two there last Tuesday...both said sold so I don't know how much longer they'll be there.

Who knows how long I will be waiting though (I am coming from Austin). I will probably go to the movie theatre to catch a movie or two rather than having to sit in the BMW waiting room listening to the obnoxious receptionist chat on the phone with her boyfriend like the last time I waited there for 4 hours .
I looked one over in the MINI Center showroom last week and there was no sold sign on it. I pointed out where a heater hose was rubbing against the power steering reservoir hose and where the intercooler cover had gouged the hood insulation and where it was rubbing against the duct; the sales person could have cared less.

One of the ones they had outside had bird poop all over it. I felt bad for whoever bought it. I didn't look inside the showroom though.
