Or my AutoUp module?!?! Whats up!? He seemed like a upstanding NAM forum guy but he never picks up his phone or answers his email. Had to contact my CC company for a refund!! WHAT GIVES!?!?

 

I havent seen him on here in ther last year or so, he just kinda vanished. Last thing of any use that I heard from him was DOS was coming out with a new I/C for the R53, and that was 6 months before anyone else knew, and its been avalible for a while now.

I'm still trying to get my shift light to work with Windows 7, no reply on the emails neither.

 

Apparently he has no problem taking the money! Maybe he can respond and let us know what is up.

 

I hope so, he was one of the few who knew what they where talking about here. I hope that you got your money back either way? How long have you been waiting?

Well someone needs to tell him to return phone calls or ship out products people have paid for. No excuses for having not shipped my items after 3 weeks. He's in Norcal and I'm in SoCal. These items should have been here by now.

 

He finally responded and promised to make up for the delay. Hoping he throws in something really cool along with the shift light

Ok, got my goodies today I'm excited to say. Matt made things all good so I have no complaints. I think he was out of stock for a little while. Looking forward to installing the AutoUp module and Shift light tomorrow!

 

Well it would still be good business to contact your customers and let them know your out of stock and will ship as soon as that changes.

 

Yeah, a simple FYI email woulda went a long ways but he made up for it by throwing in a free Ian Cull module. Can't complain about that!

BTW, the shift light is a very nice piece!
