hi guys,
i have 03 cooperS for now but i am going to buy my GP 0609 next week

i am using h&r RSS coilovers on my cooperS but i am curious if they are suitable for the GP or not ? actullay they are using both the same aftermarket springs so the coilovers must be same ???
is there anybody who changed the suspension of the gp with a coilover ?

yes, the issue you are going to have is the lower rear control arms are aluminum on the GP, YOU WILL NEED THIS>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

If you try to bolt after market shocks like Konis or coil overs onto the car, you will destroy the lower shock mounts. We now have a solution in our stainless steel, precision CNC machined rear suspension bushings.

i had a vibration on my cooper s also after installed coilovers,and i bought magan racing Roll Center Adjuster Spacers for this vibration but i couldnt use them because i am selling my car.

 

The team at Texas Speedwerks (www.txwerks.com) changed out the suspension on my GP and it really made a nice difference.
