Just checking to see how many GPs are planning to come to AMVIV this year? Im the coordinator for the event and I'd like to reserve an area for GPs only this year. I'll need to know so I can section off an area on the top floor of the massive parking garage for us all!
Phil Wicks who has run the track days for the past few years is no longer partnering with the Pahrump track, so he's out. Instead, the local SCCA chapter is running an autocross day at the Speedway on the Saturday of AMVIV weekend.

I still have been able to use my Phil Wicks school I won at last years AMVIV. Tryed to schedule 2 time.. both were postponed due to car issues they were having with MINI USA.. Then Phil told me I could use at this years AMVIV at the Vegas speed way..... HHmmm guess not.. ]

Apparently he's doing regular stuff at a track at Palm Desert (?) in SoCal. Of course, there's no mention of it yet on his website. I'd call him & find out what the hell you're supposed to do.

I have set aside some reserve parking spots for just GPs and classics in the vendor area across from our registration booth. Hope to see all of you there that said was coming.
