Differences Between GPs and MCs

Hey GP owners, I did not do much reading about GPs. But I'm trying to figure out and list all exterior, interior and mechanical differences between GPs and MCs. I think this might help everyone to decide to get a GP or not. Also to provide better understanding on GPs why are they special .

I'll start by listing the things I know:
-Unique wheels/rimes.
-Unique grey-like color.
-Red mirrors.
-Bigger intercooler.
-GP serial number on the roof.

the color combo was unique...grey/blue with silver roof and red mirrors, rear aluminum suspension bits, JCW brakes, JCW suspension, unique rear spoiler, underbody panels, unique aero rocker panels and front end, no back seat, unique seats, dash, gauges, the larger intercooler, different ECU file and probably a bunch of other things a GP owner could point out that I've forgotten.

one thing....the Euro GP's offered Recaro's....the US version did not. Not sure which model you have access to, but, for me....that would make it worth getting a GP over a standard JCW car for sure. Keep in mind that with your location and all these unique pieces, you might have a challenge on your hands should you not keep the shiny side up.

Also rear parcel bar, individually numbered car, on roof and dash, no rear speakers, no rear wiper, unique rear glass to accomidate spoiler, no rear fog light, under body aero package, red stiching on seats, and then the sore face muscles from the constant smiling. BTW The GP stands for Grand Prix in reference to John Cooper's racing heritage.

The rear trailing arms on the GP is a aluminum piece in place of a stamped/welded steel unit. All R56 models have the aluminum arm.

looooooooool, good you are following it up. I'll when I'm ready. It's holidays time here but I've decided to do it within a month. I'm going to order it from Jan I guess.
