I can do that, but will it count? Someone earlier stated that it won't count if the poll is tracking IP addy's.

Yep. Doesn't matter what browser you use - one vote per computer gets counted.

you can vote, but it dosnt add to the vote count. I had the page open in FF, 1045 votes, i went to IE and refreshed FF (1051 votes) voted in IE, and it still said 1051 votes
