I ordered a catch can and catch can hoses for my mini ( I wanted a catch can that accommodated 3/4 lines ). I ordered on Sept 2 but as of yesterday, it had never shipped:
They do not answer the phone - so you can only text or WhatsApp. Even that is intermittent. Two times they told me it would ship in the next 48 hours. Wording on the text was exactly the same.
Yesterday - I asked again if it shipped and got the prior "next 48 hours" - except this time they said they were backed up. Upon doing a little research on the web - seems this is a big issue with them ( Reddit - Lots of people waiting months for parts. And some claims that their high approval ratings are manufactured ). I then texted back and asked if this is a scam - they offered to cancel my order ( I was not asking to cancel - just trying to see if I had a real person. I guess I pissed them off as they canceled my order - as I got a cancelation email. Not sure if I am refunded yet - but I did notify my CC company to monitor ).
It seems these guys are just brokers without a warehouse, located who knows where, take any order and ship if they find a channel to broker the part, if not - it just stays in limbo. I had an 8% or 10% off code - so that is the bait.
I was able to get the parts immediately from ECS and take advantage of a $25 off $250 code - so ended up about the same.
Just a quick update - I did receive my refund. Again, it was a weird exchange - although texting: it was as if I was having a conversation with a flippant child, who did not care at all. Responses were "OK Bud", "warehouse backed up", "shows processed waiting on tracking', "no need to argue over it", "should have tracking emailed within 48 hours" - which they said 3 times over the 7 days ....
Nothing about when the order would ship, which is what I kept asking for.

Mammoth Racing is a fake online company that steals from their customers
I ordered some Koni Shocks that said "In Stock" and they were not! For 2 month i waited on this backorder with cancellation texts until i finally cancelled .
SIX months later i still cant get my refund for 696 dollars!
Nobody answers the phone number and only bot replies to text and emails!
I hope the BBB can do something but these online scammers need to be stopped!!

I have the exact same experience.. I ordered the ARB drawers $1900 over three months ago and got them right away. Two months ago Sep 8 I ordered the ARB Lights. Never got them. Texted and emailed them so many times. Same responses. Shows shipped. Will email you 48hrs. They never did. Asked for a refund. Shows refund in process today. I ordered the same ARB lights from CSP Racing Nov 8 and got a tracking number the next day. Will arrive Nov 12. Don’t know what happened to mammoth - showed them CSP Racing shipped after two days.. then the guy said “we get a lot of texts from you”. My response? Exactly… and you still did not ship them….

I should have known not to trust a them since they have no PayPal option!
I would already have my 700 dollars back by now if they were honest and used PayPal.

i got shocked about their week responses. and after 3 months i understood that i got cheated and they are SCAMMERS!!!!!!
I ordered a Predator tuner 6 months ago and it has never been delivered and Mammoth promised multiple times to provide tracking but they never do. Completely ignored my request for a refund. They are terrible and ripped me off. Strongly recommend AGAINST ever buying from them.
