I feel some light vibrations through pedal and weel and I hear engine knocking, but I don't have any engine light. The OBD2 tool showed me "287D (1/1) Not Present" (see image below)
What does "Not Present" mean?
Does it mean I need to replace the intake VANOS?

Not sure what the code from your scanner means. Based on https://bmwfault.codes/ code 287D is for intake VANOS over retarded, which would make me think that intake VANOS solenoid should be replaced.
