Hello, New R61 to me and I now need advise

Not sure I'm posting in the right place but here goes. I purchased this my 2015 Paceman about a 1.5 years ago and I now have an issue and help would be greatly appreciated. If I should move my thread to get more response let me know where that might be.
I unexpectedly had to park my R61 for 5 months so wanted to pump out the some of the old gas before starting. While hooking up charger I heard some clicking from under the hood for a few seconds, not sure if this is related but wanted to include all info. I then removed air box and attached a hose that fit perfectly over the low pressure fuel line. I then turned the motor over twice for approximately 5 seconds each time, no fuel came out. Its my understanding that the high pressure side is mechanical and the low pressure is electric from the tank.

Did I not turn the car over long enough?
Can turning over the high pressure pump w/o fuel damage it?
Where is the fuse for tank pump?
If the fuse is good can I manually trip the relay?

Any suggestions on how to trouble shoot this would be greatly appreciated!
